Bottled water dispensers

Can I choose to rent or buy the dispenser?
You can buy any water dispenser with pleasure and you can buy as many as you like. If you are not 1,000,000% certain that a water dispenser is for life, then you can “dip your toes in” and rent certain water dispenser models. Either way, if you are within our area - check by clicking here - we will deliver and set up the cooler for you.

Where do I position the bottled water dispenser?
Our water dispensers can look good anywhere in the home but from a convenience point of view the kitchen or dining room are the most popular locations for a dispenser.

Try to keep the water dispenser and in particular the bottle out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.

Please also keep in mind that there is always a slight risk that you could have a spillage or leak from a damaged bottle - so you should site your dispenser in an area where a water leak will not cause damage to anything else. We do not accept responsibility for spillages and leaks that occur after we deliver to you. The most vulnerable time for spillages/leaks is when you put a new bottle on your dispenser. You should check the area around your dispenser for wetness ten minutes after changing bottles.

Is it easy to order replacement bottles?
Extremely difficult actually….only joking. Yes, it’s simple. Love Water water delivery service for homes works like a milk service - we bring you full bottles and collect the empty bottles.

We will let you know the day we will get to you but are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Therefore, we do not expect our customers to wait in for deliveries so please make sure that there is an option to deliver bottles and collect empties from a nominated spot in or around your property.

However, appointments will always be made in regard to water dispenser deliveries or servicing
You can order as many as you wish (minimum of 3 bottles per delivery) on-line, by phone or e-mail and we’ll deliver them on a pre-arranged monthly delivery schedule. When we deliver your bottles, we’ll take the ‘empties’ away as we recycle our bottles.

Does the water have a ‘use by’ date on the bottle?
The water is extremely fresh and would have probably been gushing around au naturale as recent as a week before its delivered to you in a bottle (wonder how old your supermarket bottled water is?) But yes, we recommend that all bottles are stored out of sunlight and consumed within 6 months of purchase. So even if there is only one water drinker in the home, drinking just half the daily recommended water intake, he or she would still get through our water bottle well before the contents were past their very best.

Filtered water dispensers

What do the water filters do?
Our brilliant water filters reduce or eliminate all those nasty bad tastes and odours, chlorine, and other organic contaminants to produce pretty good drinking water. And the filters carry on doing their job for 6 months.
We will look after you and even remind when its time for a change – How kind of us eh?

How easy is it to install a plumbed in water cooler?
- Peasy easy. We even give you a full set of instructions. For you DIYers the coolers are an easy DIY fit with no pipes to cut, no copper piping or soldering and no need to turn off the water. But for you non DIYers, if you are in our area - check by clicking here - we can install it for you for just £65 and a cup of coffee or two!

How are the coolers cleaned?

As with most things in life, cleaning is part of life. You can either look after your new little domestic appliance baby yourself (we will provide you a step by step fact sheet) or we can give you a list of recommended contractors who will be happy to pop in every six months to do the job for you.

Health Benefits

Tell me why water is more important to my life than 10 lovely cups of tea a day?

Water is made up from a combination of hydrogen and oxygen, is the basis for all fluids in the body and makes up around 2/3 of the weight of the human body. All of your body's organs require water to function, preferably pure water opposed to PG Tips water.

It is recommended that you drink between 6-8 glasses of water every day. The World Health Organisation states that the absolute minimum is dependent on the climate, diet and activity level of each individual, but recommend at least an intake of 2.5 and 2.2 litres for men and women respectively.

Thirst is a sign that dehydration has started and the body is crying out for water to function. There is no getting away from the fact that drinking a glass of water is sometimes less appealing than a coffee, tea or can of coke. However, caffeine is a diuretic (causes you to pass water more) and after the initial 'pick me up', you are likely to feel more dehydrated and lethargic shortly after that morning cup of coffee. So, sometimes we confuse what the body really really wants and give it beer, wine, coffee, tea or soda instead. But try including water as part of a daily routine by having a glass at regular intervals. A simple way of implementing this is to have a glass first thing in the morning, last thing at night and before any meal or snack.
